Commander's 2800 CANOPY CAT utilizes the hull of our 2800
CAT that won Powerboat's 2004 Product Excellence Award. The 2800 CAT was
introduced in 1999, featuring the latest in air-entrapment hull technology
and design. This nimble and stable hull is capable of speeds in excess to
100 mph with a variety of power options while riding extremely smooth and
being incredibly manageable. It also incorporates a unique amount of
interior roominess often lacking in other similarly styled hulls including
a usable forward cabin with its own privacy door. In spite of its many
onboard amenities, the 2800 CAT has not compromised its performance.
